A graduate of the Medical College of Ohio at Toledo, Dr. Weaver completed his residency at Allegheny General Hospital, Pittsburgh. He is board-certified by the American Board of Surgery and has special interest in laparoscopic surgery, surgical oncology and pancreatic-biliary procedures.
